My husband and I had sold a home out of state and were on a tight deadline to find another.  Frankly, we didn't know if we would.  We thought we might need to rent a home for a while.  We had looked at several homes over the weekend that we were here and nothing worked.  Rhianna thought of a home (the one we purchased) for us, worked with our schedule and did a lot of extra paperwork to make the sale happen.  We really can't thank her enough for her enthusiasm and ingenuity!  We love the name and the neighborhood.
